My Proposed Concept

I would like to have a digital art exhibition entitled "101010". I chose this title as it is perfect to the theme of the exhibition (being "1" and "0" as the binary code of computer language and also the most basic as well) and also the opening date of the exhibition. :)

This exhibition will showcase large-scale, high-definitions video installations, large-scale digital prints of both graphic arts and photography, done by young and upcoming artists.

It will show on the artist's daily life, in what they see, feel, hear, touch and sense, and more importantly, on how Information Technology and digital age as a whole, has affected the way they live now. Blending both aesthetic and provocatively political aspects, it will create a harmonious feeling and emotion to the visitors.

Week 5

It was a fruitful journey and visit to the ethnography museum. We learnt about the various issues (plus and minus) of the current exhibition available there.

Week 4

We learned about the different aspects of:

1. Installation like interior design, display panel, lighting, etc.
2. Finnisage: transportation, archiving, conclusions
3. Catalogue: the appearance, out preferred choice for a catalogue

Week 3

We were discussing mostly about Oksana's exhibition and getting everything into action, almost everything. I have to admit i didn't plan to involve too much on this event as there are enough people who are capable to take the lead. I would much rather be the follower and help in any way i can. But in this case i have already have a task: Video shooting (which is my forte)

I would use this opportunity to make a cool video and be an addition to my online portfolio for my CV.
